🛑 STOP making Decision Governance chase intelligence.

Too many organizations start with:
• AI
• Agents
• Models
• Automation
“Intelligence”

…and then ask:
“How do we govern all of this?”

Wrong order.

💡 Intelligence should be a by-product of Decision Governance, not the other way around.

Decision Governance should establish:
• Intent and goals
• Context and knowledge
• Decision rights and authority
• Rules and constraints
• Admissible actions
• Runtime boundaries
• Feedback and outcomes
… govern the decision continuum.

Then intelligence can emerge inside those governed boundaries.

Especially with AI agents, you cannot keep creating more intelligence and then chase it with more controls.

That is the dog chasing its tail. 🐕
That becomes an endless loop.

💣 Governance should shape intelligence, not chase it.

Decision Governance first.
Intelligence as the outcome.
